I'll dig out the mag with the feature text soon..heres the car which up untill recently was owned by the same fella that brought it 14 years ago off me in 1992 FOR £2300..and back then i thought i'd made good money!!
2.1 Roland Hayes pinto , Straight Cut Box , Cambered axle...7 x 13 Revs..

and a Split screen:dunno: i just wanted to be different:clint:

I did,I remember asking you about it @ lakeside (it@lakeside)!

Also you can't see the standard 1100L seats you kept in it,told me it was for

looks :D

I remember that car well too. Beautiful, even now it still looks different from the crowd, that was a proper sleeper :thumb:
Love those revo's, thats how I was going to have mine, but the rear arches were done really badly so I bubbled it :D

Dave...believe it or not it was bubbled when i bought it...Pulled off the rears and hey presto..standard arches still intact!!! thank the lord for cowboys:thumb: ....and back then £60 got you a new pair of fronts wings:clint:

Up the Palace and onto the mad mile in sutton...those were the days..getting home after the milkman had been..

Was brought up in Crystal Palace you could hear when the cars had arrived from my bedroom window:D .

Shame it was pre digital camera age as I suppose no photos of the cars/people/events exist:stu: (unless of course the cars/people still exist).

Anyone fancy a re-union? The parade I think :confused: is a red route now but there's other places we could go:dance:

:jester: ;) Yeah I know but cameras are so small, versatile and cheap these days (i.e. you dont have to get the bloody films developed) I think people tend to carry them to meets, mobile phones even have them.

Interested to see if anyone can scan some of their crusty old film type photos and post them up, they would be good to see!popcorn:

when I think back to the late 80's / early 90's that car and the white oneyou had before it spring to mind together with the "have you driven a ford lately" capri, the escorts of the "3 amigos" and the "fast car" sponsered mk2.
