Wasn't a joke, but finger's still too sore to play. Off to physio again at end of the month.
Scouse.

best bit of learning advice i can give you is dont rush, and if you get wound up when trying to learn sumfin, put it down and come back to it.

and now their playing 'whale - hobo humpin slo'mo babe' f'kin hell what a blast from the past, cracking tune

Dinasour Jr eh, Lou Barlow and J mascis originally started out in a band called Deep Wound, one of my all time favourite bands, I heard John Peel play them in '83 and that influenced my life of hardcore/thrash punk.

Tunes I grew up with. Hated them as a kid but love them as an open minded adult.

I know Kieran quite well he was in our ante-natal class before our kids were born - must admit I knew he was a musician but didn't know he was quite so well known:doh:
Still see him occasionally as all the moms and dads have become quite good friends:thumb:

he's not really that well known, if your into that type of music (alt folk ish type stuff) then the name would be familiar, his album is great and live he's very entertaining... it was on radio 6 too, so not exactly mainstream :D and now you have a claim to know famous people too :thumb:
todays forgotten tunes are:
Eels - novacane for the soul (spelt properly)
supergrass - richard III
muse - cave/uno (the songs that got me into them, still hold thier own)
cooper temple clause - who needs enemies
