their more like duran duran than punk! :( punk only last a year at most. just heard x-ray specs on the radio,that was punk :)

Nige, I used to out with a girl who's brother was a punk.........mohican and all that!! And I learnt from him that not all punks are the same. Great bloke, even if he did have a wierd idea of music!! :D
(and that was going back a few years :clint:)

His sister wasn't half bad either!! :drool:

I was a punk with a mohican, studded leather jacket and 14 hole DM's, always had attractive girlfriends and ended up marrying my attractive wife.
I still try and do punk gigs when I can, you gotta laugh when you realise that most of the crowd are 40 plus.

Danny_C., i couldnt agree with you more, thats a proper punk song
especially the UK version were it starts with strummer counting in 1, 2, 3, 4 right at the start,
as opposed to the US version were theres sirens right at the start

Off to see Stiff Little Fingers in a few days, now they are a good punk band, not sure who is in the band now but they were always fuggin awesome live

Seen the a few times over the years, they're one of the reasons that I got into punk in the first place.
I know Bruce Foxton has left but whoever the band members are, they're a cracking band live.

Back in the 80's I saw them on numerous 'farewell tours' they seemed to do one just about every year for the later part of the decade! Deffo a wicked live set.
