The Who throughout their whole career, some Dylan, some Hendrix, The Clash, The Jam and many many others. Not one particular style, just anything that I like. Except reggae.

If I remember correctly The Clash's first album was called The Clash, The Jam's first album was called In The City. I bought them both when they very first came out. Both bands went on to do some pretty good stuff. I still like the stuff Paul Weller is doing nowadays.

Marsy226,

"rather good", is that not the under-statement of the year, or what!!? :clint:

darkside of the moon is absolutely Brilliant :cool::cool:
i've been listening to it for nearly 30 years and it still gets me going :dance::dance::dance::dance:

if you listen to it in a car with a decent system which has some decent sized bass speakers in the rear but most of the tweeters and mid range in the front it sounds like its recorded in quadraphonic :woohoo::woohoo:

Dark Side. The Wall is good but it's like The Beatles White Album in the respect that, while it has some absolute classics, there is some very strange and experimental material on there. Dark Side Of The Moon is more like Sgt Peppers. Every track is great.
