Musicals....

So, how many of you like musicals? I absolutely love Les Miserables. Been to London to see it 5 times! We have wanted to see other shows but always go back to what we love.

Not every ones cup of tea I know. I don't like opera or stuff like that but I really have a soft spot for the West end musicals. The beautiful old theatres, live performances with live orchestras etc - awesome.

Have seen Scrooge and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at Christmas shows locally and Beyond the Barricades which were fantastic too.

What musicals do you like and why?

I cant stand musicals ,,, my sister is a performer and she has to listen to them an practice with them DAY IN DAY OUT,,, they drive me crazy haha

although i have been to see phantom of the opera a couple times, madama butterfly, carmen and the marrage of figaro, I do enjoy opera just dont like musicals, bit too camp for me...

I went to see the phantom and a band called papa roach in the same week, could they be more any more different ends of the scales or wot haha
