Hi people just joined to say hello, show my car and help out were ever i can.
Here are some pics of my Orion that i've owned for 8 years and started out as a 1.6CVH over the years the engine had many modification and engine conversions. Its had a 1.8 N/A ZVH, 2.0 N/A ZVH and a 2.1 N/A ZVH all running twin 40mm throttle bodies, the last ZVH gave up the ghost over a bet with a mate when he said that the std Zetec bottom end couldn't rev and hold 8000rpm's and i proved him wrong when it went bang at 8900rpm's. I won the bet of £100 and gave me the chance to fit a N/A Zetec 16v.

It been modified with twin 48mm throttle bodies, big valve gas flowed head modified with over size lifters and race cams, steel rods, over size high compression pistons, 86.5mm and 13:1 compression, custom manifold and loads more

Have been told by my mapper that it should make over 250+bhp

that will be powerfull in an onion, and 250bhp NA should be very impressive.

Well my mapper said more but i don't think it would make more than 250 maybe if a swap the cams and fit some larger T/B say twin 50mm and another bank of injectors is should make a little more say about 15bhp

Yes mate i was but never reregistered back with them, must get that from off.
