heavily modified Consul Capri, the 2 door coupe version of the Consul Classic, still the best looking Capri in my opinion, but nothing to do with the later ones.

The first black one was on an X plate. Looked very nice and the body kit was smoothed in. Although it did look weird without any spoiler.

The second one was actually a very dark green. Was featured a couple of years ago in one of the mags ans is about 250bhp. Was for sale too @ £4.5k I think? Has Porker brakes, leather trim and all sorts of other bits on it. This one is a real one for definate.

I unfortunatly didn't make it to the pod this year, but after last year, and judging by the pics, this year as well...I still feel there should be a general 'show 'n' shine' area for the Classic Fords not lucky enough to be on a stand at the show. It seems such a shame that so many people's pride and joys should be relegated to the car park. Just a thought...
