    Ebay fee question

Having sold something on 4th April for £190, the ponce now won't pay up or reply to my emails. I have listed it with ebay as a dispute a week ago and still heard nothing. How do I go about getting my listing and selling fees back? Anyone had this problem here?

Similar thing happened to Kev. He bought a steering wheel off a guy and when it arrived it wasn't the same as the item he advertised. Kev returned it and the guy never sent him his money back. Contacted ebay but because Kev paid by cheque they couldn't do anythhing about it.

use paypal its a bit annoying to set up and it costs a bit more but ebay owns paypal and if the seller cant prove they sent it you complain and they give the money back. the cut they take is worth it just for peice of mind. that means if you accept a paypal payment it is best to send the item recorded or you wont have proof of postage and can get conned again
