Mike, bolt them to the underside of your bench and run a length of free rod through them. Then hang your cable rolls or blue roll off the bar... :-)
haha, just realized it would have to be really small rolls. Now I can't find a delete button

They came off my blade type antiroll bar. but i dont need them . they fit between the antiroll bar and tca.will post pic when i find one.
