    Help with clutch

    Hi all . I am fitting a clutch in my type 9 box on 2ltr pinto . As I do up the box the clutch gets tight . Question is are there different clutch forks or have I bought the wrong clutch . Help please .

    what do you mean by the clutch gets tight? the release fork goes tight? and yes there are different clutch forks. or is it that the box doesnt want to go properly home?

    Box goes tight and if I turn the engine over by hand the prop end of the gear box does not turn . When it's in gear.

    Sounds like wrong release bearing

    From memory, they do a thick one and a thin one. You need the clutch cable to go with the right bearing too.
