If you cant make/receive calls you need to change your network selection from 3G to GSM..
As the network has gone down, other handsets may say "umts" if so change it to gsm 900/1800

mine is fine
scratch one off the list then.. fink weve got the majority of it back up now.. just affecting 3G customers!
