    Twin 45 DCOE Choke size

Hi All,Currently running a 2.0 Pinto'd mk2 Escort with an FR30 cam, standard skimmed injection head and lightened flywheel. Going up from a 32/36 to twin 45 Webers and just bought a new set with standard jetting. Will be running them through 50mm trumpets.Mains 145Airs 155Idle 55F8Em tubes F16Chokes 36I plan on getting it dyno'd when its all fitted so jets can be changed to suit, but should i stick with the 36 chokes as i also have a new set of 34's i could fit? Looking for more lower end than flat out power as its only a weekend fun car. Cheers,Neil

got a feeling of Deja vu! 34's will definatlly give most flexibility and throttle response low rpm and midrange. 36's might make more top end power, cant say for sure without trying

I would also fit a distributor suited to twin carbs (quicker advance).
