    pickted a mustang up today

    i was so happy today i picked up this beast .ive always wanted to sit in 1 and as i get in theres a wasps nest in there somewere.anyhow on the way home we left the windows down and they seem to fook off ,well most of them.anyway shes origonally highland green and we think its a 390 gt mustang .shes gonna eventually be a good clone of the bullit car .i wish it was mine but belongs to a good freind round the corner .cant wait to see her done up

    Judging by the bufty paint job, over inflated tyres and the most recent occupants i would say it hasn't done much for a while. Looks like the new owner has alot of work to do and won't be impersonating Steve McQueen for a while yet. Make sure he posts some restoration pics on here .

    The bullit car is one of the best looking and sounding cars of all time.

    Its worth getting the last Claskson video, just to see one.

    You mean the GT500 Eleanor type mustang out the new nic cage gone in 60 seconds. (i think thats the tits myself)

    The old gone in 60 seconds has a yellow mustang mach1 (best car chase ever)

    i have the original film on me pc.

    the new version is uuuuugly, if that kit was on a saxo everyone would take the piss but cos its on a "cool" car everyone loves it.

    I painted mine matt black, it was slow and uncomfortable and was always running out of petrol but i still loved it.

    The car is a '67 and would have been Moss Green as Highland Green was '68 only.

    oh ok .it defently is good .i know it looks shit but beleive me it aint bad .i thought it was gonna full apart when i pulled it off the drive but funny enough shes 90% solid .my mate wont get rid of it .if that other 1 pops up m8 i let you know
