mk2 escort estate performance exhaust backbox wanted

i'm looking for a 2in bore sports backbox for my mk2 escort estate the normal saloon ones don't fit as the petrol tanks in the way, will also consider full systems thanks

Dont think you can get one of the shelf, mines a standard one that had the backbox cut and turned 90 degrees then re welded to clear the tank, think most are the same.

yes i think your right, i had a go myself and messed it up,hopefully someones got something decent i can just fit, thanks for the reply

I will sell you a full exhaust system off a mk 1 escort van that was on a x flow and it is 2" and a twin silencer system in stainless steel you will have to have it modded to fit your manifold though. PM me if your intrested.

I have a barely used ashley rear silencer for a saloon if you are interested

thanks thats good of you to offer, just found a new sportex system on ebay for £90 if i can find someone locally to modify it i might go for that cheers
